Practical AI. Connected operations. A person accountable.

I build AI systems that run small businesses — finance-trained, building in public

Listing sites, AI call handling, CRMs and lead pipelines: I build the systems that run my own businesses, then build the same for yours, with a person approving what matters.

Start with what's slowing you down. You don't need a finished brief.

Palm Beach Warehouses: an industrial listing site that runs on agents.

A commercial real estate site for warehouse and flex space in Palm Beach County. AI agents keep listings and local guides current, check every listing against its live source, and route each new inquiry into a lead pipeline so a person follows up fast.

CallsHandled: an AI receptionist for local service businesses.

An AI front office that answers calls, captures the details of each job and hands the lead to the owner, so small businesses stop losing work to missed calls. I build and operate it myself.

03 / CRM & lead pipeline · My own businesses

A CRM and lead pipeline I built and run.

Trusenda is a lead-management CRM I designed and built solo for web and iOS (live on the App Store). It tracks speed to lead, deal stages and the next step on every lead. A pipeline handles scraping, enrichment and scoring, and every new lead is also handed to a separate lead desk with a 5-second timeout that can never block the save.

Outcome (small samples): found and fixed a form bug on Sept 27 that had shown visitors "Failed to submit" for three weeks. Median time to first reply went from 28 hours (Sept 15–Oct 15, 14 leads) to about 1 business hour for the 6 leads touched Oct 9–16. I keep measuring it weekly.

How I help

Find the handoff.
Make the work flow.

We start with the process and the people using it, then decide what is worth changing.

Keep inquiries moving.

Connect intake, lead details and follow-up so your team can see who needs an answer and what happens next.

Talk through your intake

Connect the repetitive work.

Link the tools you already use. Build a custom workflow or interface where the existing pieces don't fit.

Explore a workflow

See the numbers and exceptions.

Bring reporting, financial models and operational signals into a view that helps you decide where to act.

Discuss your reporting

A useful first conversation

Start with one bottleneck.

You can bring a rough idea, a process that keeps breaking, or a question about what is possible.

Tell me what's happening
  1. Talk through the work.

What's happening now, who uses the process, and where does it get stuck?

  2. Decide whether it is worth changing.

Consider the practical value, existing tools, dependencies and the people involved.

  3. Agree a clear next step.

If there is a fit, we define the scope, investment and responsibilities before work begins.
