These terms apply to your use of zacharyvorsteg.com (the "Site"), operated by Zachary Vorsteg LLC (d/b/a CustomLab.ai) ("we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Information only. The Site's content (articles, case studies, tools, calculators, demos and examples) is general information about business systems and automation. It is not professional, financial, investment, accounting, legal or tax advice, and it doesn't create a client, advisory or professional relationship. Talk to a qualified professional about your situation before acting on anything here.

2. Results vary. Any results, numbers or time savings mentioned on the Site describe specific past work or our own systems under their particular conditions. They are not promises or guarantees of what you will get. Your results depend on your business, data, people and many factors outside our control.

3. Case studies and demos. Case studies describe past work and are not guarantees. Client names appear only with permission, and some details may be left out to protect confidentiality. Demos use sample or made-up data unless clearly stated otherwise, and some may use AI-generated voices or content, which we label.

4. No warranties. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Content may be out of date, and we may change or remove it at any time.

5. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to $100. Paid services are governed only by a separate signed agreement.

6. Acceptable use. Don't misuse the Site. That includes attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it in a way that burdens it, or submitting unlawful, false or harmful content through its forms.

7. Intellectual property. Site content, code and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the Site for personal or internal business use. Don't copy or republish substantial portions without permission.

8. Third-party links and tools. Links to other sites or tools are for convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Some links may be affiliate links, and where they are, we say so.

9. Florida law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

10. Changes. We may update these terms. The "last updated" date shows the current version.

Privacy Notice (contact form)

What we collect. What you type into the contact form: typically your name, email, phone number, business name and message. Like most websites, our hosting provider may also log basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited). This Site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and whether the contact form was sent (never what you typed). You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

How we use it. To respond to your inquiry, follow up about the services you asked about, keep a record of our conversation, and keep the Site secure. We don't use it for unrelated marketing without your permission, and you can opt out of follow-ups at any time.

Who we share it with. Only service providers that help us run the Site and reply to you (for example our website host, form processor and email provider), under their own confidentiality and security terms. We may also share it when required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

How long we keep it. As long as needed to handle your inquiry and any business relationship that follows, then we delete it within a reasonable period, generally 24 months after our last contact unless the law requires longer.

Security. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of sending or storing data online is completely secure. Please don't send sensitive information (such as Social Security, bank or health details) through the form.

Your choices. Email zach@customlab.ai to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to stop follow-ups.

Children. The Site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes. We may update this notice. The date above shows the current version.
