BidPro Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BidPro mobile application ("BidPro", "the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Who Can Use BidPro

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. BidPro is intended for business use by contractors and related professionals.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the bids, client information, job details, and other content you create in BidPro ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to provide the app's features to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to enter any client or third-party information you add.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by: violating any law; infringing others' rights; uploading malicious code; attempting to gain unauthorized access; or using the app to send unlawful or deceptive communications.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

BidPro may offer paid subscription features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies.

6. Disclaimers

BidPro is provided "as is" and "as available." It is a tool to help you create and manage bids; it does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of bids, pricing, and agreements you create and send to your clients.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidPro and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
